Who We Are

We are a local roof cleaning service based in Eugene, Oregon. We live and work in the same area as our customers. We know how it feels to look up and see a dark, mossy roof. We also know how much a roof matters to your home. When you call Roof Plus Eugene, you talk to someone who understands your area. You get plain answers and no pressure.

What We Do

We clean roofs. That is our focus. We remove moss, algae, lichen, and built up dirt from roofs. Our goal is to make your roof look better and last longer. We work on homes and small commercial buildings. If you are not sure we can help, just ask.

Why Local Knowledge Matters

Eugene gets a lot of rain. Our wet winters and damp air help moss grow fast. Shade from tall trees makes it worse. Many roofs here collect needles, leaves, and debris. Those piles hold water against your shingles. That can shorten the life of your roof. We see these problems all the time. That helps us spot them early and explain them clearly. Roofs in Eugene also face different needs from roofs in dry places. A cleaning plan should match our weather. We keep that in mind on every job.

Areas We Serve

We serve Eugene and the communities around it. That includes:

  • South Eugene
  • West Eugene
  • Bethel
  • River Road
  • Santa Clara
  • Springfield

Do not see your neighborhood on the list? Call us anyway. We may still be able to help.

Our Approach

We keep things simple and honest.

First, we look

First, we look at your roof. We check what is growing on it and how bad it is.

Next, we explain

Next, we explain what we see. We tell you what needs cleaning and what does not.

Then, we clean

Then we clean the roof with care. We want to protect your shingles, your gutters, and your yard. We do not try to sell you things you do not need. If your roof needs a repair, we will tell you. Then you can decide what to do next.
